Karen's advice was key to our recent successful purchase of our "forever home" in Westborough MA. We had been looking for a ranch house with basement and other specific requirements for months. When we found it, we did not want our offer to fail, and Karen suggested an offer that succeeded. Karen suggested a competent attorney who was able to remove unsatisfactory deed restrictions. She also recommended a mortgage broker who provided a market rate deal that was there at closing time. She was always available when we had questions or concerns and coordinated between all parties in the transaction to keep the deal on track.
