Christine is my good friend's niece and I have known her for many years and I feel very comfortable talking to her and knew she would have my best interest at heart and would not have to worry about anything with her as my realtor. The house went on the market late Wednesday and by Sunday afternoon Christine called me with several offers and she suggested the amount we should counter their offer and the prospective buyer agreed. She kept me informed of what needed to be done before the closing date and met me at the house for pictures before the closing.
Christine is a top notch realtor, I would give her a 100%! There is not one thing I can say I would change about the sale of my home and how it was handled.
I cannot say enough about Christine, she is very friendly and very patient, always available for any questions I had and even stopping to check if there was enough oil in the barrel because the house was empty and she wanted to make sure the house remained safe throughout the process of the sale. When I called or texted, she got right back to me as soon as she could.
