I very much enjoyed working with Yana Ellowitz to sell my home. She was well prepared for our early meetings and presented an informed marketing plan. She was very collaborative when providing guidance on how to prepare the home for sale (what to fix, what to leave be, how to stage). She timed the open house perfectly (just before Covid hit). After the offers came, Yana was on task every step of the way. She is a very good communicator, is very knowledgeable and highly responsive. She really gave me confidence and took some stress away. Despite the challenges due to the pandemic, Yana was on top of everything and just made it seem easy. I would strongly recommend anyone work with her in their real estate dealings.
