My experience with Lamacchia Realty was awesome! I own a rental property in Massachusetts and live in California. My tenant had to move out suddenly and I no longer wanted to manage a property 3000 miles away so I initially reached out to Lamacchia about their Offer Now program. They came and did an appraisal and gave me a fair assessment of my place and were honest about what my place was worth and the fact that I would do much better in a traditional sale, which I appreciated. Once I decided to proceed with a traditional sale, my agent Ashley Bergin explained my options and what made the most sense to me as someone who was looking for a quick sale and didn't want to put any money into the place. She arranged an "as is" sale, even hired cleaners to come in and make the place look beautiful (seriously, the job this cleaner did was AMAZING! I don't think the place even looked that good when I bought it 13 years earlier!) and took the time to take great photos and even a virtual tour. My place listed and I had a full price offer in less than 2 days, from there both Ashley and Erin (the administrative assistant) continued to make the process as easy and painless as possible, even in the post COVID-19 world. Ashley was always available when I had questions or concerns, even late at night, and was quick to respond. I would highly recommend Lamacchia, especially Ashley and Erin.
