There is no question in our minds that Joe DiStefano is our “go to” realtor. Through the process of selling a townhome and buying a home, Joe was incredibly informative, respectful of our time constraints and on time for all phone or in-person discussions. It was apparent from my first meeting with him, that he was knowledgeable and skilled. He easily conveyed to us the necessary actions to be taken and documents to review. Joe has a professional air about him mixed with a positive, purposeful and personable way of relating. He guided us in every way possible, from what we needed to do to ready our townhome to be put on the market to every imaginable “what” and “why” that we asked or needed to learn as sellers and buyers. He made himself available and was extremely patient. We never felt that he had "one foot out of the house!” What I appreciated more than anything was Joe’s listening skills. From the start he “really got” what it was that we were looking for in a home. It was not a bathroom with two sinks or the most updated kitchen, although that would be nice.
