I reached out to Lamacchia because I saw they had a program that would pay outright for your house. I was in a nasty divorce and the only way it could be settled was to finally cave and sell my home. I reached out to Lamacchia and explained my situation. They introduced me to Genevieve. Upon meeting her and telling her my story, we instantly clicked. Genevieve took care of everything for me. Getting a payoff wasn’t ideal for my situation, so I decided I needed to list. She coordinated everything. She was responsive, and made sure everything was streamlined. It wasn’t an easy deal/closing, but Genevieve was there through it all and ALWAYS had my best interest. Selling my home was very bittersweet as it was due to a divorce.. but she instilled a small light that getting rid of my home would open up new opportunities and a new beginning for myself. I’m happy to say that throughout this process, I didn’t just hire a realtor, I actually gained a friend in the process. Genevieve had my back and always made sure that I was taken care of, regardless of the circumstances.
