Our selling experience with Karen Shattuck was outstanding from start to finish. We were anxious to get our home on the market and Karen arranged to meet with us the next day. We were extremely impressed with how prepared she was at that meeting. She had looked into the background of our property, even bringing old pictures from the last time the home was sold. This enabled her to see the improvements we had made so she could evaluate an appropriate asking price. Karen is very friendly and natural.... great to work with. She was immediately responsive to all questions, whether sent through text, email or phone call. We felt secure and confident in her abilities and it was very comforting to know we were in good hands with someone who knows her business and is completely trustworthy. Also, of note is Karen's negotiation skill. She was fearless! We'd also like to mention an incident that occurred the day we were moving out (going to another state). A large picture window got broken in our home. We called Karen and asked if she would be available to meet with the glass company to let them into the house to get an estimate and also to meet them when the repair was to be made.
