My family and I had the pleasure of relocating from Pennsylvania during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and our agent was masterful in guiding us through the process. We found Brittany by chance. I had inquired about a property on Zillow or Realtor.com and she was the second agent to reach out to me. The first was with a different company and I felt like they were pushy so it wasn't going to be a fit.
One of the biggest concerns for us in moving to MA was the difference in property values. We wanted to be in a nice community but we also wanted to get a nice house for our money which can be challenging here. Brittany's knowledge of the area and where to find value was really helpful for us and is what ultimately led us to our new home!
We had some challenges with our seller/seller's agent and their timeliness on resolving some issues but Brittany was phenomenal in staying on them until things were resolved. Brittany has also provided us with numerous recommendations on contractors, restaurants, things to do in the area, etc. It's made a challenging relocation go smoother than my wife or I expected.
Side note: I also enjoyed Anthony Lamacchia's Facebook live content during the pandemic. With all of the uncertainty out there, these were incredibly helpful and educational.
